Along with pretty much everyone at Hillside (see 1 Pet. 2:9 and Eph. 2:8-10), these people help our church function. We just pay them (full-time or part-time) and call them "staff" so they have more time to serve in our church community.

| Matt & Kristin Wooley |

Matt serves as the pastor at Hillside. Kristin is involved in the ministry of Hillside and provides oversight to our women's ministries. Matt and Kristin met during undergraduate studies at Biola University and have been married since 1993. Before helping start Hillside Church, they served as Directors of U.S. Ministries with Marriage Plus International and also led an overlapping ministry to young marrieds at Grace Chapel. They have two amazing girls, Aidyn and Alissa. Matt is a graduate of Denver Seminary with an M.A. in Biblical Studies. |

Josh also serves as a pastor at Hillside. He received a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies at Emmaus Bible College and is studying at Denver Seminary. Josh and Robin met at college and were married in 1998. Since that time, they have been involved in a variety of ministries including youth work, Christian education, pastoral ministry, and camp speaking. They are parents to three great kids, Averie, Hadley, and Graeden.

Hillside's worship is lead by Chris McLaughlin. Chris' passion for worship began in college when he taught himself to play the guitar and began leading teams that traveled around the Midwest to lead worship at multiple churches and functions. Chris met his wife, Kristi, at Manhattan Christian College in Kansas. They were married in 2004 and just had their first child, Brady, on August 1, 2011. Brady has brought a ton of joy to Chris and Kristi, and they are very excited to see what God has in store for his life.

Karen Keller heads up our Kids for the Kingdom children's ministry. She graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for 9 years, Karen became a stay-at-home mom of her children, Eli (2006) & Maddie (2007). Her husband, John, is a native Coloradan and they have been married since 2000. Karen has always had a passion for teaching children and is excited to help Hillside grow our kids for the Kingdom! |

Karen takes care of lots of details around Hillside! She was born and raised in Wheaton, IL with her parents and two older sisters. She graduated from Monmouth College (IL) with a degree in English and minor in Communications. She accepted Christ as her savior on a college ski trip her freshman year. After working for several years in the Chicago area, she moved to Colorado a year after meeting Kyle on a ski trip. They eloped to Jamaica in 2002, and their son, Tyler, was born in the summer of 2005 and their son, Riley, was born in the summer of 2008. |

Kara coordinates our nursery and helps with the Childrens Ministries. Her husband, Mike, serves as an elder at Hillside and together they are involved in many of the discipleship ministries and shepherding in the church. Kara and Mike met at college and have been married since 2001. They have one son, Everett. |

Missy takes care of the finances at Hillside. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and a graduate degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is detailed oriented, has always been considered a “numbers” person, and loves working with budgets. In her free time she loves playing with her kids, eating a great meal, and planning vacations (for her family or other people). She and her husband, Seth, have been married ten years and have lived in Colorado about the same amount of time. They have two children, Anson and Makenna. |
